SLEEP DEEP

I’ll take your team through a sleep sequence to prepare their minds and bodies for rest, teaching them reflexes involved in regulating their circadian rhythm and helping them to drift off. We’ll then look at what time they’re most restless at night and work on the reflexes most active at that time.

After this, sound healer Grace Prince will host a 30 minute sound bath to help activate their parasympathetic nervous system and alpha and theta brain waves. These brain waves are associated with deep meditation and REM sleep. 

The workshop also includes a welcome kombucha, a detailed guide of the sequence to take home and a pot of Songbird wax each.
