MANAGING MENOPAUSE
Empowering Menopause support for your workplace. In this workshop I will be teaching a sequence to help support symptoms stemming from the Menopause. Reflexes will include a calming endocrine balance as well as the key reflexes for difficulty sleeping, anxiety, low libido and palpitations.
This is followed by a relaxing 30 minute sound bath. Sound baths can help people achieve theta brainwaves, which are associated with deep meditation and REM sleep. They can also help people access their subconscious minds, which can lead to heightened creativity, imagination, and healing.
The workshop also includes a welcome kombucha, a detailed guide of the sequence to take home and a pot of Songbird wax each.
