The most popular workshop. Help your team calm anxiety and support themselves during stressful times.
Focusing on helping manage your team’s stress and anxiety, I guide them through a sequence to help lower cortisol & adrenaline production and reset their vagus nerve- as well as teaching them key reflexes for three common physical manifestations of stress: tight chest, tension in the neck and shoulders, and bloating.
After this, you'll be treated to a 30 minute sound bath by the acclaimed sound healer Grace Prince to help you unwind and reach an ultimate level of relaxation.
The workshop also includes a welcome kombucha, a detailed guide of the sequence to take home and a pot of Songbird wax each.
